Our website is available globally, with dedicated regional versions (Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and International). Each regional site displays prices in the local currency and includes applicable taxes.

2. Orders and Cancellations

  • Orders can be placed directly through https://slayt.com/.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

  • You may cancel your order prior to dispatch by contacting our customer support team. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled but may be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy (see Section 5).

3. Product Availability

While we strive to maintain accurate stock information, product availability is subject to change without notice.
If a product is unavailable after you have placed your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund or offer an alternative product.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices shown include applicable taxes, duties, and fees for supported regions.

  • We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice.

  • Accepted payment methods include credit card, Apple Pay, and bank transfer.

  • Payments must be made in full before orders are shipped.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We offer worldwide shipping with estimated delivery times provided at checkout.

  • Free shipping is available for orders delivered to Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance, courier delays, or other factors outside our control.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details by email.

6. Returns and Refunds

We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt.

  • Products must be in perfect condition and returned in original packaging.

  • Used products are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

  • Damaged or incomplete products are subject to a 50% restocking fee.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Returns of sale or clearance items are accepted but subject to the same restocking fees as above.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

7. Made-to-Order Products

Some of our products are made to order. Production and dispatch times will be indicated at checkout.
Made-to-order products can only be returned if defective or damaged upon arrival.

8. Warranty

  • All Slayt manufactured products include a 24-month warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

  • Products manufactured by third parties are covered by their respective manufacturer’s warranty.

  • We reserve the right to repair, replace, or refund items covered under warranty at our discretion.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, trademarks, and images on https://slayt.com/ are the property of Slayt or its licensors.

Approved resellers may use our product images and descriptions only with written authorization.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Slayt is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use or inability to use our products or website.

  • We are not responsible for damages caused by misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications of our products.

  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

(To clarify your earlier question: “indirect or consequential losses” means losses that are not the direct result of an issue — for example, lost profits, downtime, or business interruption caused by product failure.)

11. Accounts and User Content

  • You may register for an account to manage orders and view purchase history.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • You agree not to post or submit any unlawful, defamatory, or offensive content in reviews or comments.

We reserve the right to remove any user content that violates these Terms.
