How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. You can also track your order at any time.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Orders to Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore include free shipping.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on your region. Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

Can I change my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible via our Support Contact Page. Once dispatched, changes or cancellations can’t be made, but you may still return eligible items.

What if my order hasn’t arrived yet?

Check your tracking number for updates. If it appears delayed or missing, please reach out to us so we can investigate with the courier.

Returns & Warranty

What is your returns policy?

We offer 30-day free returns for items in perfect condition. Used products incur a 25% restocking fee, and damaged products a 50% restocking fee. Full details are on our Warranty & Returns page.

Do I need to pay for return shipping?

Yes. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked courier service.

Can I return sale or clearance items?

Yes, sale and clearance items can be returned within 30 days, subject to the same restocking fees as regular products.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after your return has been received and inspected.

What warranty do you offer?

All Slayt manufactured products come with a 24-month warranty covering materials and workmanship. Third-party products are covered by their manufacturer’s warranty. See our Warranty & Returns page for full details.

How do I make a warranty claim?

Contact us via our Support Contact Page , including your order number, description of the issue, and photos of the defect. We’ll review your claim and guide you through the process.

Do I need to register my product for warranty?

No registration is required — your proof of purchase automatically activates your warranty.

Are my payment details secure?

Are prices inclusive of taxes?
